Lorana Bartels is a highly accomplished academic in the field of criminology, currently serving as a Professor of Criminology and Criminology Program Leader at The Australian National University since May 2019. Bartels has held several significant positions, including Board Member at the Justice Reform Initiative since September 2021 and Deputy Director at POLIS: The ANU Centre for Social Policy Research from March 2024 to October 2024.
