Matthew Manning

Matthew Manning currently serves as the Head of the Department at the CityU Department of Social and Behavioural Sciences and holds the position of Professor at City University of Hong Kong. In addition, Matthew Manning is a Professor and an Associate Professor at The Australian National University since January 2009, and also holds the title of Honorary Professor at the University of London. Matthew Manning's research specializes in the economics of crime and security, with a particular emphasis on financial crime. Academic experience includes roles as Senior Lecturer, Post Doctoral Research Fellow, PhD Scholar, and Research Assistant at Griffith University, along with a Research Associate position at The University of Sydney. Educational qualifications encompass a Doctor of Philosophy in Economics, a Masters in Criminology and Criminology Justice, and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Griffith University.
