Melanie Nolan is a seasoned academic with extensive experience in the field of history. Currently a Professor at the Australian National University since June 2008, Melanie previously held the position of Professor of History at Victoria University of Wellington from 1992 to June 2008. Melanie holds a BA and an MA with first-class honors in History from the University of Canterbury, with earlier education at Mount Maunganui College, Teschemakers, and Villa Maria.
