Nan Yang

Nan Yang is a Professor at The Australian National University, engaged in high-impact research in multiscale communications and signal processing since July 2014. Responsibilities include significant contributions to educational activities, course coordination, and mentoring at various academic levels. Nan Yang has held multiple roles at the university, including Associate Professor and Associate Dean for Higher Degree Research, focusing on leadership, policy development, and student welfare in research training. In addition, Nan Yang serves as Vice Chair and Secretary for the Molecular, Biological and Multi-Scale Communications Technical Committee within the IEEE Communications Society. Prior experience includes postdoctoral research positions at UNSW and CSIRO, and an educational background in telecommunications engineering culminated in a PhD from Beijing Institute of Technology.
