Natasha Robinson

Natasha Robinson is a highly experienced Principal Scientist Conservation at the NSW Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water, leading a team focused on the Saving our Species program. In addition to this role, Natasha serves as an Honorary Senior Lecturer at The Australian National University, contributing to research on threatened species and fire ecology. Previous positions include Senior Biodiversity Officer with the Department of Environment, Land, Water & Planning, where development and implementation of a monitoring plan for fire management were key responsibilities. Natasha's academic background includes a PhD from La Trobe University, with a research focus on avian persistence post-wildfire, complemented by several roles in fire management and ecological monitoring across various organizations. Education credentials include a Bachelor of Agricultural Science from The University of Queensland.
