Nimali Herath

Nimali Herath has extensive experience in academic services and education governance, currently serving as the Manager of Academic Services at The Australian National University since October 2017. Previous roles at the university include Senior Service Consultant and Education Project Officer in the College of Engineering and Computer Science, as well as Senior Education Governance Officer and Education Project Officer in the College of Arts and Social Sciences. Prior to this, Nimali worked at Engineers Australia in various capacities from 2006 to 2017, including Project Officer, Communications Coordinator, and Membership & IT Services Officer. Early career experience includes roles as an Informatics Tutor at the University of Technology Sydney, and as an Assistant Lecturer and Information Technology Instructor at SLIIT. Nimali holds a B.Sc Degree in Information Technology (Hons) from SLIIT and a B.Sc Degree in Information Technology from Curtin University.
