Paul Donohue

Paul Donohue is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management, leadership development, and talent management. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at The Australian National University since November 2019, Paul focuses on creating and delivering programs that foster a culture of continuous learning. As the Owner and Chief Happiness Officer of PD Unlimited since March 2014, Paul leverages over 25 years in the corporate sports environment to enhance people and performance development through a holistic approach. Previous roles include HR Advisor at the Australian Sports Commission, where Paul developed occupational health and safety policies, and served as Senior Sports Consultant in the Sport Ethics Unit. Paul has also held executive positions with various sports organizations, including Netball ACT and School Sport ACT. Academically, Paul holds a Master of Business Administration from Southern Cross University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sports Studies from the University of Canberra.
