Paul Kiley

Paul Kiley is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in HR management and industrial relations. Currently serving as Manager HR Business Partnering at The Australian National University since March 2021, Paul has also held roles as Deputy Manager HR for the College of Science and Human Resources Advisor. Prior to this, Paul spent over a decade at Shellharbour City Council as a Senior HR/IR Advisor, where responsibilities included advising senior management, managing disputes, and representing the council at the NSW Industrial Relations Commission. Earlier career roles included National HR Manager at All Recruiting Services, where strategic HR and industrial relations advice was key, and Senior Workplace Advisor at the Office of the Employment Advocate, focusing on Australian Workplace Agreements. Paul holds a Master of Employment Relations from the University of Technology Sydney, a Graduate Diploma of Computing Studies from the University of Canberra, a Bachelor of Applied Science in Sport Psychology from the Canberra College of Advanced Education, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Biochemistry from The Australian National University.
