Paul Tilley

Paul Tilley is an accomplished book author and academic, currently recognized for writing "Changing Fortunes: A History of the Australian Treasury" at Melbourne University Publishing since January 2017. Alongside authorship, Tilley serves as a Senior Fellow at Melbourne University Law School and a Visiting Fellow at the Tax and Transfer Policy Institute at The Australian National University. Additional roles include Board Member at Art Monthly Australasia, Volunteer at the Saint Vincent De Paul Society, and Consultant for the National Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisation. Tilley has also held positions as General Manager at the Commonwealth Treasury and Senior Facilitator and Adviser at Ethos CRS, contributing to various sectors from law to health policy until March 2024.
