Rachel Howard

Rachel Howard is an experienced professional in the field of education and program management, currently serving as Employer Engagement Manager and Industry and Employer Relations Consultant at The Australian National University since June 2016. Rachel has a strong focus on building partnerships with various organizations to enhance student employability and develop successful programs. Previous roles include ASPIRE Project Officer at UNSW Australia, where Rachel contributed to an outreach program aimed at students facing educational disadvantage, and Program Coordinator at the University of Wollongong, focusing on student engagement. Rachel’s early career included coordinating performance education initiatives at Camp Quality and working as a secondary teacher. Rachel holds a Graduate Certificate in Careers Education and Development from RMIT University and has degrees in Education and Performance Studies from QUT and Victoria University, respectively.
