Rod Sims is a Professor in the practice of public policy and antitrust at The Australian National University, with a robust background in competition policy and regulatory frameworks. Sims served as Chair of the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) from August 2011 to March 2022, and previously held leadership roles as Chair of the Independent Pricing and Regulatory Tribunal (IPART) and as a Councillor at the National Competition Council.
