Roslyn Prinsley

Roslyn Prinsley is an experienced professional currently serving as the Head of Disaster Solutions at the Institute for Climate, Energy and Disaster Solutions and as Head of Strategic Research Initiatives at the Office of the Deputy Vice Chancellor, Research and Innovation at The Australian National University since October 2017. Prior roles include Senior Adviser at the Australian Government Department of Education and Training, National Adviser for Mathematics and Science Education and Industry at the Office of the Chief Scientist of Australia, and Principal Strategic Consultant at Sinclair Knight Merz. Roslyn has also held leadership positions at the Rural Industries Research and Development Corporation, Bureau of Rural Sciences, and The Commonwealth Secretariat. Academic qualifications include a PhD in Photosynthesis from the Research Institute for Photosynthesis at the University of Sheffield, a Master's in Intellectual Property Law from the School of Law at The Australian National University, and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Melbourne.
