Rowena Hall

Rowena Hall is a dedicated researcher and PhD candidate at The Australian National University since April 2017, specializing in photomedia as a practicing artist. With experience spanning over two decades, Rowena has held various roles, including Cultural Program Coordinator for the City of Sydney, where responsibilities included managing adult creative arts programs and facilitating gallery coordination. Previous roles at the Australian Film Television and Radio School encompassed administrative coordination in cinematography and serving as a stills photographer and tutor. Rowena's educational background includes a PhD in Visual and Performing Arts from The Australian National University and multiple degrees in photomedia and visual arts from the Sydney College of the Arts and the Tasmanian School of Art, coupled with a diploma in business management in tourism.
