Ryan Goss

Ryan Goss currently serves as the Head of School at the ANU Law School, effective January 2025. Goss has a strong academic background with a focus on constitutional law and human rights law, particularly concerning Australian constitutional fundamentals and ECHR human rights law. In addition to the role of Head of School, Goss has held positions such as Associate Professor, Senior Lecturer, and Lecturer at various institutions, including Lincoln College, University of Oxford. Goss also played a key role as Head of Scholars House for the Tuckwell Scholarship Program, leading a team recognized with the Chancellor's Award for Distinguished Contribution to the University in 2023. Early career experiences include roles at Minter Ellison and as an Associate to Justice PA Keane in the Supreme Court of Queensland. Goss's academic credentials include studies at the University of Oxford and the University of Queensland, complemented by a Company Directors Course from the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
