Samitha Ramanayake

Samitha Ramanayake has extensive experience in higher education administration at The Australian National University, serving as the inaugural Head of Residence since August 2010 and previously holding roles as Deputy Head of Residence, Acting Head of Residence at Fenner Hall, and Coordinator for Griffin Hall, where Samitha established the first non-residential/commuter program in an Australian university. Prior to this, Samitha was President of the ANU International Students' Department from November 2009 to June 2010. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Tertiary Education Management from the University of Melbourne, completed between 2019 and 2021, and a Bachelor's degree with Honours in Biotechnology from The Australian National University, earned from 2006 to 2010.
