Simon Williams

Simon Williams is an experienced academic currently serving as an Associate Professor at The Australian National University since April 2016. Previously, Simon held the positions of Senior Lecturer and Lab Leader, as well as DECRA Fellow. Prior to this role, Simon was a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at The University of Queensland from October 2009 to March 2016. Simon holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Flinders University, earned between 2005 and 2009, and a Bachelor of Biotechnology (Honours) in Science from the same institution, completed between 2001 and 2004.
