Will Schmitt

Will Schmitt is a seasoned professional in innovation strategy and advisory services, currently serving as the Director of Innovation Programs, Partnerships & Precincts at Investment NSW, where leadership of a 20-person unit supports New South Wales' innovation ecosystems. Schmitt also holds roles as Co-Founder and Principal at The Innovation Mission and as a Non-Executive Director at multiple organizations, leveraging expertise in agriculture, food, nutrition, and international development. Previous experience includes significant positions at the World Bank Group, AECOM International Development, and Emerging Markets Creative LLC, among others.
