Zhao Jie is a Research Fellow at The Australian National University since February 2023 and a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the Joint Quantum Institute since February 2020. Previously, Zhao Jie worked as a Hardware Physicist at Xanadu from September 2019 to February 2020 and held the position of Postdoctoral Research Fellow at The Australian National University from April 2019 to September 2019. From September 2015 to December 2018, Zhao Jie served as a lab demonstrator, supervising undergraduate students in experimental tasks. Zhao Jie earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Quantum Optics, Quantum communication, and computation from The Australian National University (2014-2019) and holds both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Optics/Optical Sciences from Ocean University of China (2007-2013).
