G Vivek started their work experience in 2018 as a Management Trainee at Kent RO Systems Ltd. G then joined CSS Corp in 2019 as a Technical Engineer, where they handled emails and calls, assisted clients through remote desktop, and handled escalation calls as a senior engineer. G gained experience with Zendesk and CRM tools. In 2021, they joined Anunta Tech as a Technical Operations Engineer, where they ensure smooth production by handling tickets through email and call, troubleshooting user issues through remote desktop.

G Vivek completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from SRM University from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Sa Engineering College between 2012 and 2016.
