Roger Wang

Roger Wang has extensive work experience in various roles related to information security and technology. Roger is currently serving as the Chief Information Security Officer at Anxinsec Technology since April 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Senior Director at Anxinsec Technology from August 2021 to March 2022.

Before joining Anxinsec Technology, Roger held a significant position at JD.COM, where they served as the Head of Cyber Security Operations, Compliance, Governance, Incident Response. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing information security compliance, governance, and operations. Roger managed the JD Group security committee and coordinated security representatives from different business departments. Roger's responsibilities also included privacy protection, regulatory compliance for both Chinese and international business, certifications related to data security, and implementation of security capabilities such as SOC and anti-fraud measures. Roger worked at JD.COM from June 2017 to June 2021.

Prior to JD.COM, Roger worked as an Agile Consultant from January 2016 to May 2017. Roger also gained significant experience in program management roles at Websense, where they served as a Senior Manager and Senior Program Manager from October 2007 to December 2015. Before Websense, Roger worked as a Program Manager at SurfControl from March 2005 to October 2007.

Roger's career began in 1992 as a Software Engineer at Guangzhou Jinghua Network. Roger then worked as an Information Services Consultant at Unisys from December 1996 to March 2001. Later, they served as a Project Manager at Computer Associates, Inc from March 2001 to March 2005.
