Smrithi is a dedicated psychologist and educator with a focus on organizational well-being and leadership psychology. Currently, Smrithi is a Research Scholar at Sri Ramachandra Institute of Higher Education and Research, and a Consultant Psychologist at both Anyo for Wellness and Sri SRN Neuro Clinic, where they provide psychological assessment and evidence-based interventions. Previously, Smrithi served as an Assistant Professor of Psychology at Chevalier T. Thomas Elizabeth Women's College and as a Psychologist at Kendriya Vidyalaya. Smrithi holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Mind Body Medicine & Lifestyle Sciences from Sri Ramachandra Institute of Higher Education and Research and earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from M.O.P. Vaishnav College for Women. Currently, Smrithi is pursuing a Master of Science in Psychology at the University of Madras.
