Brent Bain

Brent Bain has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Brent most recently worked as a Solutions Architect at Anyscale since December 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Composer at Squeeek, Inc. starting in August 2000. From March 2009 to December 2022, they held the role of Music Director & Composer at The High Street Broadcast. Brent also took a leave of absence from February 2022 to October 2022. In terms of technology-related roles, they worked as a Senior Cloud Consultant at Amazon Web Services (AWS) from February 2021 to February 2022. Brent also worked at Best Friends Animal Society as a Lead Cloud Engineer from October 2019 to February 2021, and as a System Engineer from July 2015 to October 2019, where they were involved in a successful Active Directory migration project. Additionally, Brent served as a Technology Director at Unalaska City School District from February 2014 to July 2015, where they implemented infrastructure improvements and received recognition for implementing a new NAS system. Brent also worked as a Systems Architect & Database Administrator at ClaimRemedi from April 2012 to February 2014, where they focused on scalability and critical issue escalation procedures. Earlier in their career, Brent worked as an Executive Kitchen Steward at Delaware North Companies Parks & Resorts at Yosemite from May 2010 to August 2011, and as an Assistant Manager at It's A Grind Coffee House from June 2007 to May 2010.

Brent Bain completed their education in various institutions over the years. Brent obtained a Bachelor of the Arts degree in Music Composition from Sonoma State University, where they studied from 2011 to 2012. Prior to that, they attended Moorpark College from 2007 to 2010, where they earned an AA degree in Music Theory/Composition and Music Performance. Brent Bain completed their high school education at Dunn School from 1990 to 1994 and obtained a High School Diploma, focusing on Music Performance in general. In addition to their formal education, Brent Bain holds certifications from Amazon Web Services (AWS), including AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional and Amazon Web Services Solutions Architect - Professional. Brent achieved these certifications in December 2019.
