At Uber, Joe held the positions of Senior Technical Program Manager and Technical Program Manager in Production Engineering from March to October 2021. Following this, Joe joined Roblox in August 2023 as a Senior Technical Program Manager for Creator Services, aiming to enhance the tools and services for creators on the platform until September 2024.
