Tyler Faust, PMP

Tyler Faust has a diverse work experience in various organizations. Tyler started their career as a Corporate Responsibility Program Manager at EcoVision in 2012, where they worked until 2013. Tyler then joined Li & Fung Foundation in 2016 as an Operations Lead and later became a Strategic Engagement Lead from 2018 to 2018. In 2019, they moved to Silicon Valley Community Foundation as an Associate Manager for the first half of the year and then became a Corporate Responsibility Manager until 2021. Currently, Tyler is working at Anyscale as an Employee Experience Program Manager since December 2021 and also holds the position of HR & People Ops Manager starting from October 2022.

Tyler Faust earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Biology, General from Pacific Lutheran University, where they studied from 2006 to 2010. Later, they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Environmental Management from The University of Hong Kong, which they completed between 2014 and 2016. In addition to their academic degrees, Tyler also obtained several certifications. Tyler was certified in Diversity and Inclusion in the Workplace by ESSEC Business School in September 2020. In June 2023, they became a SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) after completing the certification program offered by SHRM. Furthermore, in November 2020, Tyler obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
