Anythink Libraries
Suzanne McGowan serves as the Director of Customer Experience at Anythink Libraries since January 2018 and has been a Branch Manager at Anythink Library since January 2012. McGowan previously held the position of Branch Manager at Jefferson County Public Library from February 2008 to December 2011 and served as the Literacy and Youth Services Coordinator at Oceanside Public Library from 2004 to 2008. Educationally, McGowan holds a Master of Library & Information Science (MLIS) from Simmons College Graduate Studies, completed between 2002 and 2004, and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Literature from Johnson State College, earned from 1990 to 1994.
