Ridhaa Benefeld

Ridhaa Benefeld (Pr.Eng) is a seasoned Senior Data Engineer currently at AnyVan since August 2024, specializing in advanced data infrastructure. Previously, at Lulalend from July 2021 to September 2024, Ridhaa served as Data Engineer Team Lead, overseeing a transition into banking and leading the integration of customer behavior analytics using Mixpanel. As Co-Founder of RD9 Solutions from December 2016 to June 2021, Ridhaa contributed to an Ed-Tech initiative aimed at equipping students with essential skills for the Fourth Industrial Revolution. Ridhaa also held roles at Transnet Engineering, focusing on big data analytics and machine learning infrastructure. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Information Technology specializing in Big Data and Machine Learning from the University of Pretoria and a Bachelor's in Mechatronics Engineering from the University of Cape Town.
