Tom Johnson

Tom Johnson is a product UX and strategy specialist, currently serving as the Head of Design at AnyVan. With a foundation in freelance web design and development from 1998 to 2008, Tom co-founded Lighthouse, where they worked as a senior product consultant and management leader from 2008 to 2023. Tom also held roles as a faculty multimedia manager at Imperial College London and a web manager at the National Centre for Social Research. Additionally, Tom is the founder and host of the ManyHands UX and Product event, successfully growing it from an online platform to a consistently sold-out in-person experience.
