Lisa Flom

Lisa Flom has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Lisa currently holds the position of Global Head of Human Resources at Oosto, starting in April 2022. Before joining Oosto, Lisa worked at FreeWheel as the Senior Director of Human Resources from June 2017 to April 2022. Prior to FreeWheel, they served as the Global Director of Human Resources at Method from 2015 to 2017. Lisa also held the role of Director of Human Resources at BGB New York from 2011 to 2015 and Senior Lead Human Resources at Link9 from 2010 to 2011. Their career in human resources began at Saatchi & Saatchi Wellness, where they worked as a Senior Human Resource Manager from 2006 to 2010.

Lisa Flom holds a Master in Social Work (MSW) degree from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology from Queens College. Lisa has also obtained additional certifications, including an Advanced Executive Coaching Certificate from Corporate Coach U and a Certificate in Organizational Design from The New School's Milano School.
