Abu Thomas is an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience in managing large teams and driving customer service excellence across multiple organizations. From April 2007 to July 2008, Abu served as Assistant Manager at Aviva Insurance, leading a team of 15 and enhancing operational processes. Following this role, Abu worked at AXA Business Services from July 2008 to July 2010 as Assistant Manager, overseeing a team dedicated to servicing insurance policies for US clients and focusing on service delivery optimization.
