Adele Clydesdale is a workforce transformation leader with expertise in organizational design, operating model transformation, and large-scale people change. Currently serving as the Portfolio Lead for Workforce Strategy & Transformation at ANZ Bank, Adele manages a portfolio of global workforce transformation initiatives while enabling the Division's growth strategy. Previously, Adele held various positions at ANZ, including Workforce Transformation Specialist and Senior Manager, where notable achievements included establishing an organizational design service and developing offshoring strategies. Adele also contributed to multiple industries at EY as a Senior Consultant in People Advisory. They hold a Bachelor of Economics and a Bachelor of Commerce from Monash University.
