Alan Tai

Alan Tai is the Head of Loan Structuring & Execution for Asia at ANZ, overseeing critical financial operations. Prior to this role, Alan served as Associate Director in Capital Markets & Loan Execution at ANZ and held a Senior Associate position at Hogan Lovells. Alan began their career as a Trainee Solicitor at Richards Butler in association with Reed Smith LLP, after starting as a Tax Analyst at Deloitte Australia. Alan holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Laws from UNSW Australia, as well as a Postgraduate Certificate in Laws from The University of Hong Kong.
