Alexander Wilson

Alexander Wilson is a Learning & Change Management Specialist at ANZ, bringing over a decade of experience in commercial banking. They have a strong background in designing human-centered learning solutions and have led initiatives to enhance banker proficiency and support major policy changes. Previously, they served in various roles at ANZ, including Regulatory Capability Lead and Learning Delivery Manager, where they focused on capability programs and change management. Alexander holds a Bachelor of Business in Banking & Finance from Victoria University and is currently preparing for a transition into people leadership.
