Alice Chen is a banking leader with over 15 years of experience in valuation and market finance. Currently serving as the Director of Valuation Control at ANZ, Alice manages cross-jurisdiction teams to ensure effective application of the Valuation Control Framework and oversees the Valuation Governance Forum. Previously, Alice held various positions at ANZ, including Vice President of the Global Markets Transformation Project, where they led significant initiatives in derivatives and operational enhancements. Alice also gained valuable experience at Citi, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and Credit Suisse, and holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from the National University of Singapore. Currently, Alice is pursuing a Students’ Exchange Programme at the University of Waterloo and is in the process of applying for a CFA charter.
