Amanda Strong

Amanda Strong currently serves as the Head of Talent & Culture at ANZ, overseeing both the Group Capability Centre and the Bengaluru office since September 2022. With a robust career in human resources, Amanda has held significant roles including Head of People & Culture for Australian Unity and various leadership positions at ANZ from 2004 to 2019, including Senior Manager of Talent & Culture. Experience spans across key areas such as organisation design, change management, and performance management, backed by a solid foundation in HR consultancy and implementation of HR systems at Visy Industries. Academic credentials include a Graduate Diploma in Change Management from AGSM @ UNSW Business School, alongside dual Bachelor's degrees in Human Resource Management and Japanese from Swinburne University of Technology.
