Amanda Zeinel is a senior leader in human resources with extensive experience in change management and HR strategy. They served as a Change Management Lead at ESH Group of Companies, where they oversaw a major project impacting 3,000 employees and developed HR strategies linked to business performance. Amanda held the position of National Human Resources Manager at IPA, managing HR functions for a large workforce and leading workplace health and safety initiatives. Currently, they are the HR Director for Technology at ANZ, where they partner with senior executives to drive leadership development and change management.
