Amel Katrib is a dynamic leader with expertise in business process optimization and change management. With a background in data product management and business operations, Amel has led significant projects at ANZ, including the implementation of a new advice process that resulted in considerable cost savings. Amel is a certified Prosci Change Management practitioner and Lean Six Sigma certified, emphasizing a human-centered approach to transformation. Previously, Amel owned and operated Two Monks Cafe, and holds a Bachelor of Business, Economics and Finance from RMIT University. Outside of professional pursuits, Amel enjoys cooking, writing, and exploring topics related to psychology and technology.
