Andrew Rouch is an experienced technology architect currently serving as the Platform Architect for ServiceNow at ANZ since 2014, with prior roles as Tech Area Architect and Solutions Architect. Rouch has led significant projects such as the implementation of ServiceNow and Apptio for IT Financial Management, alongside numerous completed projects across multiple countries, including upgrades for Oracle OFSAA and Core Banking Systems. Prior to ANZ, Rouch held various senior roles at IBM from 2006 to 2014, including Senior IT Architect and eSystems Manager, and also worked at IBM Singapore, Sequent Computer Systems, and Network Computing Devices. Rouch holds a BEng in Mechanical Engineering from RMIT University and has completed Administrator Training in ServiceNow.
