Andrew Sharp

Andrew Sharp is an experienced project leader and consultant with a strong background in organisation design and strategy. Currently serving as a Senior Project Lead at ANZ since November 2023, Andrew has previously held roles at Pinnacle Group Australia as a Principal Consultant and at Publicis Sapient, where Andrew progressed from Associate to Senior Associate following the acquisition of Third Horizon Consulting. Earlier career experiences include financial analysis and client management at Mattel, HR support at IBM, and an educational role at Caulfield Grammar School facilitating international programs. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) from Swinburne University of Technology, a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from the University of Melbourne, and participated in an exchange program at the University of Maryland's Robert H. Smith School of Business.
