Angeline Pearson is currently the Service & Behavioural Design Lead at ANZ, where the focus is on creating user-centered experiences and services. Previously, Angeline served as a Principal Advisor at the Ministry of Justice in New Zealand, managing service design projects and leading customer research. They also spent time as a Senior UX Consultant at Statistics New Zealand, where they conducted customer research to inform product design, and as a Senior Service Development Analyst at Family & Community Services, leading initiatives to support young people and families. Angeline holds an MBA with Merit and a BA (Hons) in Psychology from Victoria University of Wellington.
