Anna Livesey

Anna Livesey is an experienced professional in customer experience and management, currently serving as the Head of Customer Experience at ANZ and formerly as General Manager of Customer Experience at Funds Management. Previous roles include Chapter Lead at Westpac New Zealand, Head of KiwiSaver, and Head of Retention and Cross-Sell at AMP, as well as Strategy Lead at AMP New Zealand and Senior Managing Consultant at Sapere Research Group. Anna holds two MBA degrees in Strategy and Early Stage Companies, obtained from Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business and Columbia Business School.
