Anthony Tan is an experienced technology manager with a career spanning several roles in the banking and finance sector. Currently, at ANZ since May 2011, Anthony focuses on software development utilizing SpringBoot Java for high-volume event processing and conducts extensive testing and benchmarking of data-streaming tools with Apache Kafka. Previous positions include application support at SmartStream, Oracle database consultancy at UBS, and management roles overseeing data centers and production support at Commerzbank AG and Citigroup. Anthony holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Sciences from the National University of Singapore, earned between 1984 and 1987.
