Avinash Kumar

Avinash Kumar is an experienced software engineering professional with a strong background in DevOps and release management. Currently serving as a Release Lead at ANZ since June 2025, Avinash previously held roles at Societe Generale Global Solution Centre as a Software Engineering Specialist-Release and Lead Software Engineer, where responsibilities included collaborating with stakeholders to meet sprint goals and managing a release calendar. Earlier experience includes positions as a Senior Associate Consultant at Infosys, a Senior Software Engineer and DevOps Engineer at Temenos, and a System Engineer-DevOps at CGI, where expertise in CI/CD pipelines and version control strategies was developed. Avinash also contributed to building DevOps strategies at Edfo Global Services Pvt Ltd. Avinash holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science from the Institute of Advance Management and Technology, Meerut.
