Balachandra Mirla

Balachandra Mirla is currently a Platform Architect specializing in Enterprise Data and Intelligent Automation at ANZ, where they lead application modernization and cloud architecture efforts. They also serve as Platform Lead Architect at Commonwealth Bank, overseeing cloud architecture and data strategy across multiple domains. Previously, Balachandra held the role of Technical Leader at Bendigo and Adelaide Bank, where they established a BPM Centre of Excellence and managed end-to-end solution architecture. Balachandra earned a Master’s Degree in Computers and Microelectronics from RMIT University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology from Bangalore University.
