Bali has over 9 years of experience as a software professional, with expertise in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies. They currently serve as a Delivery Lead, Release Manager, and Incident Manager at ANZ, while also functioning as a business analyst and senior software professional. Bali has a strong background in requirement gathering, manual and automation testing, and mainframe development, particularly within the insurance domain. They hold a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Punjab Technical University, completed in 2007, and have previously worked with companies such as Mahindra Satyam, CSC, Telstra, and HCL Technologies. Known for their ability to work under tight deadlines, Bali is a self-motivated team player focused on continuous process improvement.
