Ben Ackerman

Ben Ackerman is a skilled practitioner in target operating models and organization design, specializing in delivering strategic change in complex transformation environments. With extensive experience as a consultant, Ben has worked with large global organizations across various sectors, including energy, banking, telecommunications, and technology. Previous roles include leading organization design initiatives at Molten Group and Barclays, as well as serving as a change management consultant at PwC. Ben holds a first-class honors degree in Organizational Psychology and is currently leading an internal consulting team at ANZ, focusing on business architecture and M&A transactions.
