Ben Grauer

Ben Grauer is an accomplished executive currently serving as the General Manager of Financial Wellbeing at ANZ since November 2022. Previously, Ben held several prominent roles at Commonwealth Bank from October 2013 to October 2022, including Head of Financial Wellbeing and Executive Manager across various departments, focusing on strategic initiatives, digital banking innovations, and leveraging behavioral science to enhance customer financial wellbeing. Notable achievements during this period include pioneering world-first measures of customer financial wellbeing, leading the development of the CommBank App's 'Benefits finder', and receiving several awards for innovation and contributions to financial wellbeing. Ben's career began at PwC, where a focus on strategy and management consulting spanned multiple industries, primarily in financial services. Ben holds a Bachelor's degree in Business from RMIT University and a Graduate Certificate and is a candidate for a Master's degree in Behavioral Economics from the University of Technology Sydney.
