With over 20 years of banking experience across both developed and emerging markets, Bernadette has held leadership roles at prominent organizations, including ANZ in the Cook Islands and the Wellington region of BNZ. They are a collaborative leader who advocates for workplace diversity, believing it enhances decision-making and fosters innovation. Bernadette serves as a board member at AustCham Lao and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Lincoln University in New Zealand.
