Blanche Young

Blanche Young has over a decade of experience in operations with a focus on Recruitment and Onboarding. From 2021 to 2023, they served as an Employee Journey Expert at ANZ, playing a key role in the bank's digital transformation to enhance employee experiences. Prior to that, they held various roles in recruitment, including Recruitment Supervisor at TranzGlobal Call Center Inc. and Recruitment Consultant at John Clements Consultants, Inc. Currently, they are pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing at St. Paul University Manila.
