Brooke Scutt

Brooke Scutt is a seasoned Change Management professional, currently serving as a Change Manager at ANZ. With extensive experience in high-pressure environments within government and not-for-profit sectors, Brooke has successfully led initiatives in cultural and behavioral change, focusing on social purpose organizations. A Prosci accredited Change Practitioner, Brooke is also pursuing a Master of Business Psychology. Previously, Brooke held significant roles, including Area Manager at Camp Quality and Organisational Change Manager at both UnitingCare Queensland and Brisbane City Council, where they demonstrated expertise in stakeholder engagement, project management, and human-centered design.
