Cass Tratt

Cass Tratt is a purpose-driven strategic leader currently serving as the Head of First Nations Talent and Culture at ANZ, where they oversee initiatives to enhance First Nations employment and cultural inclusion. Previous roles include National Pathways Manager at the Australian Indigenous Education Foundation and First Nations Inclusion Lead at Woolworths Group, where Cass focused on embedding cultural integrity into core practices. Earlier in their career, they contributed as an Indigenous Service Delivery Advisor and held various positions advocating for First Nations health and well-being. Cass holds multiple qualifications, including a Bachelor of Organisational Leadership and various diplomas related to community services and management.
